Returned items must be in the same condition as was sent, in original packaging, along with all manuals, booklets, and accessories. If the condition of the item is not the same, or if there are some missing items, a restocking fee of 10% to 50% may apply.
For domestic purchases only, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item back to us for a refund or an exchange.
Returns for any other reason must be shipped at your expense.
To return an item, simply email us to obtain an RMA number and a return address.
Returns are processed in the order that they are received.
A refund will be issued within 3 business days of receiving your return.
